Italian fish ragout |
Preparation time: 10 min Cooking time: 35-40 min 6 serving
Ingredients: Directions: 1. Warm the oil up in the heat resistant pot. Add garlic, onion and fry for 5 min. Ass bacon and bell pepper, cook for another 5 min. Cut potatoes into halves. 2. Pour wine into the pot, add potatoes, thyme, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Stew for 15 min. 3. Add fish and squid rings, stew for another 10-15 min until ready. Serve with parsley. |
