Ribs with spicy sauce
Preparation time: 10min+marinating
Cooking time: 45-60min
Serves 4 persons

Ingredients:
1kg pork ribs
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp orange marmalade
1 finely chopped garlic clove
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Put the ribs into a relatively shallow heat resistant dish. Mix oil, soy sauce, honey, tomato puree, marmalade, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over ribs, place in a fridge and leave for 6 hours.

- Heat the oven to 200°C. Roast the ribs for 45-60min, smearing with the marinade from time to time. You can also barbeque the ribs. Cook them for 30-35 min turning and smearing with marinade from time to time.
