Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:

4 plain waffles
2 cups New! President's Choice (PC) Caramel Chocolate Chocolate Fudge Crackle Ice Cream
4 tsp icing sugar
4 tsp PC Gourmet Ice Cream & Dessert Butterscotch Topping

1. For best results, let waffles thaw for 4 to 5 minutes before toasting. In toaster or toaster oven, toast waffles until golden. Place a waffle on each of four dessert plates.

2. Scoop 1/2 cup ice cream onto centre of each waffle. Dust ice cream with icing sugar and drizzle with some butterscotch sauce. Serve immediately.
