Chicken and Sausage Cajun Chili |

2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
All you do:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken and sausage meat 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in onion, pepper and seasoning. Cook until soft, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25-30 minutes. Stir in drained kidney beans in last 10 minutes of cooking.
