Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) Gay Lea Regular or Low Fat Sour Cream
2 tbsp (25 mL) packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) grated orange rind
3 tbsp (45 mL) orange juice
2 nectarines, chopped
1 peach, chopped
1 cup (250 mL) blueberries
1 cup (250 mL) raspberries
1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped toasted pecans
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh mint (optional)
Gay Lea Real Whipped Cream

In large bowl, whisk together sour cream, sugar, orange rind and juice. Add nectarines, peach and berries. Stir gently to combine. Sprinkle with pecans and mint, if using. Toss before serving and garnish with whipped cream.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
