Located in a quaint corner of the Eastern Townships, high upon a hill, the owners are Gilles Desjardins and Catherine Hébert. The winery is also know for its fine ciders. Giles Desjardins is the Winemaker. Their philosophy is to offer wine and cider that are innovative in both their taste and their presentation. Their staple varietal is Éona. The refreshing taste of their Fruit défendu, perlant (slightly bubbling), is referred to as the perfect apéritif in Quebec.
