Jens Gemmrich and Heike Koch believe in working in harmony with nature by trying to establish a balanced environment both in the vineyard as well as in the winemaking process. Their 10 acres vineyard in Niagara-on-the-Lake produces a genuine dry Riesling and a full bodied and authentic Cabernet Merlot.
Come for a visit and tasting year round. Summer Hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 11am – 6pm. Winter Hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 1pm – 5pm. Free tours are offered on Saturday afternoons or by appointment.
