Description:
Telder Berry Wines is an extension of Telder Berry Farms. Both businesses are owned and operated by the Telder family. Telder Berry Farms started in 1975 as a Vegetable U-Pick. A few years later, the business also came to include strawberries. The Nova Scotia climate provided an abundance of berries and in order to deal with the surplus of fruit, "Telder Berry Wines" came into existence in 1993.

Description:
The Partners (Douglas, Funk, Jacobson and Willms families) have been active in the wine industry for several decades. At a social event in 1997, the Partners decided to build on the extensive wine growing and winemaking talent in the group, and create an enterprise that expresses our common interest in a good bottle of realistically priced wine. Founded in 1998, The Thirteenth Street Wine Corp. specializes in small lots of estate grown and handcrafted table and sparkling wines. This enterprise has become a labour of love and on any given day (mostly weekends because we have real jobs), there is a fair chance that you will find one or more of the Partners at the winery working on the current vintage. We are never too busy however to take time to meet with fellow wine enthusiasts. Phone or e-mail Ken or Mary to be make sure that one of us is there to meet you.

(NC)—If you experience fatigue after eating, or experience gas, bloating, heartburn, acid reflux, or nausea, you may be suffering from impaired digestion due to a lack of proper enzymes in your system.
Enzymes are produced by our bodies and act on food in the small intestine, stomach or mouth. Food enzymes are found in raw foods, which come equipped with some of the enzymes needed for their own digestion. However, enzymes are heat–sensitive––so cooking and processing can destroy 100 per cent of the naturally occurring enzymes in food. |
