An army of Indian chefs has been recruited to reflect the breadth and depth of Indian cuisine. Trained and experienced hands on in the culinary traditions of north, south, east and west of India are all represented.

With these talented chefs, Mantra takes the essence of Indian cuisine at its finest levels and interprets it in terms of the western environment in which it is served. Attention has been given to the presentation of dishes so they look as stunning as they taste. Mantra also serves lighter dishes traditionally overlooked in Indian restaurants in the Canada.
