Red bell pepper sauce
Preparation time: 15min
Cooking time: 12min

Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper (sliced into quarters)
25g chopped shallots
150g butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice

- Grill the pepper, placing it with its skim downwards. It is ready when the skin becomes brown and starts to peel off. Remove the skin and process in a blender.
- Melt 25g of butter and brown the shallots, add bell pepper puree.
- Add the remaining butter and whisk. In the end add salt, pepper and lemon juice
