Mushroom sauce with onions and bell peppers
Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time: 15min

Ingredients:
50g green bell peppers
50g yellow bell peppers
50g red bell peppers
50g finely chopped shallots
50g butter
100g finely chopped mushrooms
˝ tbsp crushed garlic
15g flour
300ml chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste

- Boil the bell peppers until they become soft. Cut them in half, remove the seeds and dice.
- Melt 25g of butter and brown the shallots, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook on the low heat for 5min
- Add flour and cook for another 30sec. Pour in the stock, wait until it starts boiling. Add bell peppers and butter. Add salt and pepper before serving.
