White buttery sauce
Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time: 15min

Ingredients:
225g butter
1 tbsp finely chopped shallots
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
some lemon juice

- Cool the butter down and cut into bricks. Keep it in the fridge.
- Put the shallots into a saucepan; add vinegar and 3 tbsp of water. Boil until only 2tbsp of liquid are left.
- Reduce the heat. Add butter by pieces, whisking energetically. The process will take about 5min. The sauce should become thick, cream-like and light. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
