Chinese plum sauce
Cooking time: 5min

Ingredients:
1 tbsp almond flakes
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp red plum sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 chopped onion
50ml chicken stock

Fry almond flakes until they become slightly brown. Add plum and chilli sauces, onion, chicken stock and cook for 2 minutes.
The sauce goes well with chicken and pork.
