Bittersweet sauce
Preparation time: 5min

Ingredients:
2 tsp cornflour
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped tinned pineapple
150ml pineapple juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan mix cornflour with 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Add the remaining soy sauce, pineapples, pineapple juice, sugar, rice vinegar, salt and pepper and wait until the sauce boils.
The sauce goes well with vegetables, meat or fish.
