Carrot soup with coriander |
Preparation time: 10min Cooking time: 30-40min Serves 6 persons
Ingredients: Directions: - Cut carrots in half circles and chop the onion finely. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stew carrots and onion for 5 minutes - Add coriander, ginger and mace and stew for another minute. Pour in the stock and until vegetables become soft. Turn into a puree in a food processor. - Boil once more, add cream. Cut various shapes out of fresh carrots and use for decoration |
