Chinese style ribs |
Preparation time: 20min+marinating Cooking time: 17-23min Serves 4-6 persons
Ingredients: Directions - Remove fat from the ribs; put the ribs into a shallow heat resistant pot. - Mix salt, Sichuan pepper, sugar, soy sauce, rice wine and starch. Marinate the ribs for 1 hour. - Heat regular and sesame oil in a wok and brown spring onion rings and garlic; add ribs and French beans paste. Fry, constantly stirring. - Pour in the stock and boil. Cook for 15-20min, until the liquid evaporates. Add bell pepper (cut in diamond shapes) and stew for another 2-3min. Serve while hot, decorated with spring onion leaves. |
