Baked pork with spices |

Ingredients: Directions: - Heat the oven to 180°C. Mix 25g of flour, curry, salt and pepper. Roll pork slices in the mix. Melt the butter and fry the pork. Put the meat into a casserole dish. - Brown the onion. Add leeks and mushrooms and stew for a while. Add the remaining flour, stock, tomatoes and oregano. - Wait until the sauce has thickened and pour it over meat. Bake for 1 hour 45 min. |
