Baked pork with spices
Preparation time: 10-15min
Cooking time: 2 hours
For 6 persons

Ingredients:
50g flour
1tsp curry
Salt and black pepper to taste
900g sliced pork
50g butter
1 chopped onion
2 chopped leeks
100g chopped mushrooms
400g tinned tomatoes
150g stock
1 tbsp oregano

Directions:
- Heat the oven to 180°C. Mix 25g of flour, curry, salt and pepper. Roll pork slices in the mix. Melt the butter and fry the pork. Put the meat into a casserole dish.

- Brown the onion. Add leeks and mushrooms and stew for a while. Add the remaining flour, stock, tomatoes and oregano.

- Wait until the sauce has thickened and pour it over meat. Bake for 1 hour 45 min.
