1/2 cup Olive Lea Spread
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper

Place fillets in a large shallow dish. Combine Olive Lea Spread, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika and red pepper in a saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until Olive Lea Spread melts. Pour marinade over fish. Cover; marinate 1 hour in refrigerator, turning once.

Drain fillets, reserving marinade; place fillets in a fish basket. Grill over hot coals 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting often with marinade. Makes 6 servings.
