Ingredients:

1 package Maple Leaf Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips
1/3 cup each Carrot, Green Pepper and Red Pepper strips
1/4 cup each Snow Peas and sliced Bok Choy
3 tbsp Canola Oil
1/2-3/4 cups Rice

Cook rice and reserve. Pre-heat a wok or non-stick skillet on HIGH. Add canola oil. Combine vegetables and sauce with one package of Maple Leaf Grilled Sirloin Steak Strips. Continue to stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften. Remove from heat and serve over warm rice.

Serves: two entrance-sized portions.
