Simple Chicken Stir Fry |
Ingredients:
1 package Maple Leaf Grilled Chicken Breast Strips Cook rice noodles and reserve. Pre-heat a wok or non-stick skillet on HIGH. Add canola oil. Combine vegetables and sauce with one package of Maple Leaf Grilled Chicken Breast Strips. Continue to stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften. Remove from heat and serve over warm rice noodles. Serves: two entrance-sized portions. Courtesy of News Canada |
