Simple Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:

1 package Maple Leaf Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1/2 package Rice Noodles (approximately 200g)
2 cups Broccoli Florets
1 cup each Red Pepper and Carrots, cut into strips
3 tbsp Canola Oil
To taste Stir-Fry Sauce

Cook rice noodles and reserve. Pre-heat a wok or non-stick skillet on HIGH. Add canola oil. Combine vegetables and sauce with one package of Maple Leaf Grilled Chicken Breast Strips. Continue to stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften. Remove from heat and serve over warm rice noodles. Serves: two entrance-sized portions.
